About Jeff
Curiosity has always been part of the work.
A little about the person behind Signals vs. Scripts™.
A little background
People, patterns, and the questions we carry.
For more than 20 years, I've worked at the intersection of people, leadership, and change.
As the founder of Eleventh Hour, I've spent more than two decades partnering with organizations in complex, creative, and constantly evolving environments. Along the way, I've interviewed thousands of professionals, advised executives, built teams, and supported people through pivotal career moments.
And somewhere along the way, I started noticing a pattern.
Regardless of title, industry, or experience, people often recognize when something isn't quite right. But instead of exploring that feeling, they explain it away, question themselves, or follow an expectation they've never stopped to examine.
That curiosity became the foundation of Signals vs. Scripts™.
Today, I bring that perspective into coaching, leadership development, writing, and The Talent Brief. My approach is direct, compassionate, and practical. I believe in honest conversations, thoughtful questions, and creating space to explore what we might already know but haven't yet given ourselves permission to consider.
I'm not here to tell you what to think or which direction to take.
I'm here to help you notice what's already there.
